Weatherization Training
Greater Johnstown Career & Technology Center is a Pennsylvania Weatherization Training Center.
As of July 1, 2009, all auditors, crew leaders and installers, regardless of whether the individual is an employee of an agency or a contractor or sub-contractor acting on behalf of an agency, will be required to have specific Pennsylvania weatherization certifications to perform state approved weatherization work in Pennsylvania.
Any person interested in obtaining these certifications must attend training at a designated weatherization training center.
Interested candidates will attend an orientation at a local Pennsylvania CareerLink office prior to admission into the program.
