Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation (HVAC) (Daytime)
Students in intergenerational programs will be sharing instruction, classroom,
and laboratory activities with GJCTC's high school students.
720 Hours - Tuition $6,650* — Program Begins Late August and Ends Early June
Daily Schedule 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday
The Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation (HVAC) program prepares students to assist in the design, installation, maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, industrial, and other buildings. Special emphasis is placed on the study of temperature control, humidity, and air quality. The graduates of the HVAC program, as technicians, will be prepared for entry-level employment in service repair shops, schools, local government, hospitals, office buildings, stores selling heating and air-conditioning systems and self employment. Students who qualify may receive EPA 608 Universal Certification. At program completion, the student is awarded a diploma.
